South Park Homes for Sale
The 2,799 acre South Park is a collection of tract-home subdivisions developed along South Park Blvd in the 1950s. The oldest subdivision comprises small frame homes on streets named after World War II battles as many of the original homeowners were returning veterans. Over the years, many small and well-maintained homes for sale still stand today. Many homeowners are remodeling the 1950s and 1960s single-family homes and replacing them with new larger bungalows or two-story houses. The home designs in South Park run gamut, making it easy for homebuyers to find the ideal home. Many small and well-maintained houses share the area with vacant lots. These homes feature cedar shank siding, while the more expensive houses have aluminum siding.
