Frisco Real Estate Listings

Located just 20 miles north of downtown Dallas and just 20 miles from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Frisco is a swiftly growing community that has recently been ranked as one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas. The population in Frisco has gone from just 6,000 in 1990 to nearly 100,000 just 20 years later.

Golfers enjoy the three golf courses found here, while a night out can be enjoyed at one of the city’s entertainment venues, including the Dr. Pepper Center, Rough Riders Stadium and the Stonebriar Mall, or at the many restaurants and shops.

Frisco has become a popular place in which to lay down roots for a number of reasons: its year-round temperate weather and sunny skies; its below-average property taxes; and its many employment and business opportunities. In fact, Frisco is located in what is now referred to as the “Golden Corridor” because of its location along the Dallas North Tollway, near both Dallas and Fort Worth. The Frisco Independent School District boasts a low teacher-student ratio and is one of the fastest-growing school systems in the country.

Frisco School Districts

With its large and increasing population, it's reasonable that the city has a lot of schools around.

Currently, the city holds three independent school districts catering at least 100,000 students. The largest one, the Frisco Independent School District holds about 65 schools. This includes schools like Fisher Elementary School, Sparks Elementary School, Griffin Middle School, and Wakeland High School.

In total, the city has 143 schools comprising both public and private schools together.

An advantage of living in a well-urbanized city is the availability of multiple colleges. Among top rank colleges and universities that you could choose nearest or within Frisco includes the West Coast University, Amberton University, Franklin University, and Parker University.

Let VIP Realty show you why Frisco was recently ranked fifth by Money Magazine as the best place to live in the United States! Whether you enjoy the low cost of living, the highly acclaimed school district or the sunny weather, one thing’s for certain, Frisco is the ideal place to call home! If you are looking to settle down in Frisco, let the VIP Realty team show you the many neighborhoods that make up this vibrant city!
