Atascocita & Humble
Humble and Atascotia are located in Harris County in the Houston-Sugar Land-Baytown area. These towns, which are located in northeast Houston, are part of a triangle of neighborhoods that also include Kingwood. All of these communities are well known for their ideal location from downtown Houston (22 miles) and from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (5 miles).
Humble, which has a population of about 15,000, has long been a hub for petroleum. This city is located 17 miles north of Houston. Some of the areas of interest in Humble include: the Mercer Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Humble Historical Museum, Jesse H. Jones Park and Nature Center, the San Jacinto Battleground State Historic Site, Sheldon Lake State Park, and the National Museum of Funeral History.

There are a number of parks in Humble, as well, including Hirsch Memorial Park, Timberwood Park, Humble Park, Schott Park, and Uptown Park. Humble residents can find plentiful shopping and dining at Deerbrook Shopping Center. This area also boasts two major hospitals, nearby Lake Houston, and the beautiful San Jacinto River.
