I want to share with you a few thoughts I have about my wonderful Realtor, Richard Baughman. I moved to Iowa with my company and Richard took on the listings of two incredibly unique and wonderful properties I owned in Dallas. Being an absent owner, the challenges of keeping them in shape were formidable. Sticking a sign in the yard would never alone get these houses sold, and Richard's commitment to aggressively promoting these properties showed that he truly cared about my well being and the well being of my properties.
Richard alerted me to all aspects of the properties condition and helped me get both in shape to be marketed. He continued to go above and beyond the call of duty by treating both of my properties as if they were his own. I could not ask for a better friend, much less a Realtor whose only duty, afterall, was to get the properties sold. I wish I had 100 more people asking me if I know of a good Realtor, as I would tell every one of them to call Richard. I feel there is no one in Dallas more capable of getting the job done than Richard Baughman. He truly is a credit to your profession, for he treats his work as what it is: a PROFESSION. I hope that coming from a professional myself ( I am an Attorney ), you can understand the full weight I put behind those words.
