Our VIP Realty agent was probably the most patient and understanding Realtor that I have worked with. I worked with our agent off and on for the last two years looking for a home and in June of this year we finally found the one. When we first started looking at homes, she made sure we were pre-approved, so we knew how much we could afford, then she listened to what we wanted and found as close to what we asked for as she could in our price range. When we would go to view the houses, not only would she make suggestions on how to change things around, but she would also point out the defects in them as well. I have the privilege of saying Shawna King is my realtor, and will be hence forth.  I stumbled upon Shawna by calling VIP Realty inquiring about another property.  As the time of day was way after hours I left a message requesting information.  I received a call back within 15 minutes, it was Shawna.  The property I inquired about already had multiple offers, not a viable option for me.  However, Shawna asked for my email address to put together some listings for me per my requirements.  I said sure, not really expecting her to remember, as again it was way after hours.  Sure enough the next day Shawna texted me to confirm my email address and sent me a list.  I was beyond impressed with Shawna this early on; her follow up was spot on.  I had another realtor I was working with, but after having such a positive interaction with Shawna “broke up” with that realtor and stayed with Shawna.  From then on communication was exceptional, never once did I not receive communication back.  I always felt I was Shawna’s number one priority, always.  The customer service I received from Shawna was superb.  What I felt was the best part of this experience was her guidance.  Shawna really did have my best interest at heart.  All the advice I received from Shawna was exceptional in finding my new home.  And found my new home Shawna did!  No clue how Shawna found my new home but it is perfect for my family and my needs.

I worked with Leticia for about 4 months to find the house in which I am currently living.  Leticia is very professional and has many connections within the housing industry that helped ensure I got the best deal available (ie. mortgage loan management).  She worked around my schedule when it came time to view prospects and quickly followed up on those that sparked my interest.  Upon finding the house that I wanted, Leticia was able to work with the mortgage loan officer to secure the optimal closing date for me.

 

What really stuck out to me was Leticia's ability to identify with what was important to me in my ideal home's features.  Each house we looked at had specifics that she knew would appeal to me, so I never felt like we were wasting time.

I am writing as a client of VIP realty and wanted to comment on my experience with Adrienne Gill, who listed & sold my uptown Dallas condo earlier this year. As some background, I work for a hedge fund and am responsible for business development and global client relationships. I’m not trying to be mean but they were really slow in contacting me and then really slow in sending me things to look at.  In fact we never got together to look at any homes. That said I would like to recommend a company that was very helpful someone we found when we were looking at items posted on Craigslist. VIP Realty Michael Wrzesinski. I cannot say enough good things about him he really went above and beyond to help us find a place, dropping what he was doing and coming to meet us, sending updated listings for us all the time. Then helping us with the rental agreements and other forms. He even help me find out what utilities company’s I need to contact.  It was truly great customer service. I don’t know if we pay the other service but I did not use them and if we compensate any service it should be Michael. I would highly recommend him in the future for others moving to the area.
