The first phase of this complex was finished in August of 2013, and the second phase is set to finish in July of 2014. These condos boast large open floorplans with upscale finishes. Hardwood floors throughout, granite/marble countertops, cherry cabinetry with mosaic tile backsplash, some of the biggest walk-in closets in town, and all black Maytag/Whirlpool appliances make it hard not to fall in love with this place. In the one bedroom units you get the choice of mahogany stained French doors or Japanese sliding doors leading to the bedroom. All units come with a generous sized balcony overlooking Wolf Pen Creek running trails. Construction of Wolf Creek Condos was completed in the fall of 2008. These townhomes were also built with very open floorplans, trying to eliminate any wasted space like unnecessary hallways and awkwardly shaped bedrooms. This ensures you get this most bang for your buck out of the square footage you’re renting. Wolf Creek offers all black Maytag/GE appliances and includes a full size washer and dryer in every unit. The one bedroom units come with 14’ vaulted ceilings, and recessed lighting – additional upscale touches that are a rarity in this town. The 2 and 3 bedroom units have 9’ ceilings with recessed lighting, and enough ceiling fans to battle even the toughest Texas heat. Each unit comes equipped with a kitchen that was obviously built with gourmet cooking in mind. Granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and enough open counter space to not feel claustrophobic while cooking your dinner that is definitely not ramen noodles.
Richmond Ridge Townhomes

Richmond Ridge was built in two phases, completed in 2006 and 2007 respectively. These are the most affordable options on the list, but don’t let that trick you into thinking you’re giving up the quality of the previous homes. All the units here come with tile flooring, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. They are the closest of the 3 to the Vet/Medical schools, and are on the shuttle route to A&M. The 1br floor plan has vaulted ceilings and 8’ glass French doors that open up to the bedroom, which has a walk-in closet and bathroom. The 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans are designed for roommates; with equal sized bedrooms & walk-in closets, and offer enough space to feel like you’re not living directly on top of your buddies/lover/partner-in-crime. An additional bonus to picking Richmond Ridge is that it is zoned for Bryan utilities, so your bills will be about 30% cheaper than if you lived in College Station.
