Austin Newest Luxury Subdivisions

Austin is a thriving city with a cosmopolitan luxury real estate market. It comprises of properties in Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties. The rapid growth in population along with modern infrastructure has created demand for luxury homes both inside and outside the city of Austin. Here are some of Austin’s newest luxury subdivisions. 

1. Belvedere

Belvedere is one of Austin’s newer luxury neighborhoods and is ideal for families who want to be a short distance from the town, inside a gated community with loads of amenities. This subdivision was named the Best Overall Community at the 2010 Max Awards and 2010 Star Awards. The most common homes in Belvedere are 1st-floor entry or single level floor plan style single-family homes. Home construction began in 2006 and continues to date. Rough Hollow is a new waterfront community located on Lakeway’s western frontier with amazing views of Lake Travis. This master-planned community of over 1,800 acres comprises of six exciting neighborhoods. They include Enclave, The Villas, Waters Edge, East Rim, The Bluffs, and The Overlook.

Homes for sale include both single-family homes and attached homes that consist of 1st-floor entry or end unit, multi-level floor plan style. With an average build date of 2014, these homes have all the features and bonuses choosy buyers seek. The homes tend to be large often boasting 2 to 7 bedrooms and a similar number of bathrooms. Escavera at Flintrock Falls is one of the newest and most exclusive neighborhoods in Austin. Escavera is a secluded enclave that’s encompassed by the Nicklaus-designed, Flintrock Falls golf course. This beautiful neighborhood is expected to sell out quickly as it only has 20 lots. It has some of the largest home sites in Flintrock Falls, ranging from one-third to three-quarter acres.
